Policies:

COVID19 Guidelines: To ensure the safety of our guests and staff we will adhere to guidelines instituted by the CDC. We will at all times ensure that we are staying within 50% capacity to serve our guests. In addition to your safety we ask and require all guests to wear masks. We have masks provided in the spa. All of our technicians continue to practice CDC guidelines as it has always been required in our licensure. To take extra precautions, staff are requires to wear masks and have daily "well checks". Our facilities are deep cleaned daily with high traffic areas sprayed down daily.

Bookings: Services scheduled require OR 40% of service fee deposit to secure your appointment, ie; services $50 and under will be paid in full, Lash services require a $50 deposit. No exceptions!  All bookings are taken on a 3rd party site. Prices & services are subjected to change at discretion of business.

Liability: All tweezer and utensils are kept sanitized between EVERY client.  Any health concerns  MUST be reported to STAFF. Due to our intimate environment we ask that guest who are receiving services come without extra guest. 
 
Client(s) agree to release the Lash Artist/ Beauty Technician, Kamisha Huffin, Industrial Boss, Inc d/b/a Eye Catch’n and all employees and agents from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

Use of Image: Eye Catch’n or any representatives or agents affiliated with Eye Catch’n may use client(s) photos and/or videos on it's website or any social media platforms, flyers, brochures or any advertising it deems necessary. This includes any and all photographs, video, audio and any other digitally or chemically stored media that is captured or recorded by Eye Catch’n and any and all of it's representatives and agents. Client(s) agree to release all claims regarding use of his/her image for such purposes. Client(s) also agrees to release name and contact information of professional photographer and/or videographers used for recording any event for which the Lash Artist /Esthetician has been contacted to do lash or skin care services.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: Lash Artist /Esthetician services will be completed to the client's satisfaction. No refunds on services. Delays: If client is more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment without notification or if staff is unable to contact them service will be canceled . If client does not attend appointment it will be canceled and fee's paid forfeited.

Please arrive at least 10 mins before scheduled Appt. Late arrivals may result in a shortened Appointment. Appointments may be cancelled 48 hrs or more prior to your appointment without penalty. Appointments cancelled within 48 hrs of scheduled service will be charged the full amount of of deposit/payment provided. A "no call/no show" or last minute cancellation results in an empty room and an inconvenience for other patrons. If one does not cancel in the appropriate time frame, they will be charged full amount of deposit provided. Stylist Corrections:
Clients have 72 hours to provide notice of any issues with service or install. Upon notice client will be rescheduled for for a corrective action by stylist free of charge.

Lash Client Service:
Relash sessions require clients to have at least 20 lashes per eye to be booked as a regular Relash. Relash sessions may be booked between 2-3 weeks of previous Appointment to maintain your beautiful lashes. Any client session booked upon the 4th week period after an initial lash/ relash will be treated as New Client Relash. Any Relash session booked 6 weeks after prior session will be treated as a new Lash installation.​


Satisfaction Guaranteed: Lash Artist /Esthetician services will be completed to the client's satisfaction. No refunds on services 
Delays: If client is 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment appointment is canceled. If client does not confirm appointment within 24 hours, appointment will be canceled. 

Cancellations: Eye Catch'n understands that things happen in life. A 48 hour notice is required if a scheduled appointment needs to be canceled and/or rescheduled. Same day cancellation will  result in forfeiture of deposit amount of the schedule service fee. No call/No shows will result in client responsible forfeiture of deposit. Appointments must be cancelled by clients before 48 hours, appointments not cancelled will be subjected to cancellation and convenience fees.

Appointments
We are following strict covid guidance and practicing social distancing at this time to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff. No mask no service is enforced (Can be provided if you don't have yours). No additional guests allowed while being serviced unless they are being serviced also. Absolutely NO CHILDREN under the age of 14 allowed and in addition they must be acquiring service at that time.

Do I need to wear a mask if vaccinated? 
Eye Catch’n Staff and customers will continue to adhere to all safety guidelines to include: Temperature monitoring, sanitation, cleanliness, and mask wearing guidelines. Our goal to safeguard our guests and our staff’s well-being continuously.  Masks may be provided to guests upon entry at $2.00 convenience fee if you do not have one.

Can I wear Makeup before a Lash/ Facial Appt?
It is highly suggested that you remove any makeup or mascara products prior to your Lash or Facial Appt. Although our Beauty experts will remove makeup at time of appointment, this will interfere with your service time as every guest is allotted a scheduled service. We would like to insure there is no inconvenience to the next scheduled client.

Do you provide waxing/sugaring services to men?
All genders are welcome to patronize our services.

What is a Pretty Kitty/ Handsome D?
This is a service designed to provide hair removal guests the most effective treatment for the skin and post wax. This service is a customized treatment that includes a full Brazilian/ Manzilian front to back and a customized vajacial/ manjacial according to the client’s current skin care needs ie; in grown hairs, extractions, hyperpigmentation.

Can I get a Pretty Kitty while Pregnant or on my cycle? 
Yes, Pregnant women can get Wax/ Sugaring and Vajacial services as well as women on their menstrual cycle, ensure a tampon Is worn in the event that your cycle is on during Appointment.

How often should I get wax/ sugar?
Every 4-6 weeks is recommended or may be determined by Wax tech as needed.
What is Body Sculpting? Sculpting is a process using Ultrasound waves to liquify fat cells, Wood therapy to mold liquified fatty cells into the bodies lymphatic drainage system and thereafter expelling those sales via urine and sweat. Radio Frequency using heat to tighten loose skin. This service is virtually painless and guest can continue normal daily activities immediately after service.
